I am back from my break and vacation in Moscow, time to do some work here.

16th May - I am assisting in a shoot for Elmu (Nosturi) 30 years party. I have no idea who's playing and what I am up to there... but most likely I will just be dragging a flashed umbrella after the photographer they hired to do a house shoot... of whatever. :)

17th May - Poets Of The Fall

Still TBA - 30 Seconds To Mars, Tarja Turunen, Lenny Kravitz, Celine Dion, 69 Eyes, Deff Leppard, Von Herten Brothers, Kiss...

I AM TRYING TO MAKE UP MY MIND IF I SHOULD TRY TO SHOOT WATER AND ROCK EVENT IN LAHTI - has anyone ever been there? Is it any good? Someone told me the bands play at a parking lot and the whole thing is about Formula 1 Motorboats?

I am going to both Tuska and Nightwish/Amorphis/Epica gigs, possibly I am shooting Ruisrock and Ankkarock as well.

There also might be a couple promo shoots for me in May - the bands are hardly known, but I just want to try myself at this stuff and see if I feel comfortable doing staged photography.

Oh Tarja Turunen! I hope you'll be able to post some photos of her! She's my idol... I hope she'll come here to make a concert soon. I met her in an event, but never saw her on stage, at least once with Nightwish but never alone.


How was your break? Did you rest?

Yes, Traja is an amazing singer. If it all works, this will be the first time I ever see her live at all. I only got to see Nightwish when Anette was already the vocalist.

The break didn't go as good as I wanted it to be, I got sick the first day I arrived home. But still it was a break from the gigs, I hope that has cleared my vision a bit.
